  1. What a horrific atrocity against an adjaruli! You don’t put a whole egg into it and 100% don’t bake it. When an Adjarian khachapuri is ready in the oven, you take it out, put a small piece of butter and a fresh yolk on it. Next, you pinch pieces from the khachapuri and dip them in melted butter and yolk.
