not my usual day of eating. I recently got my hands on the chili crunch seasoning (not the oil) and wanted to try it on eggs, so I had eggs and tater tots for breakfast. I also usually finish my day with popcorn, but I went to Costco and, like a fool, got the miss vickies tzatziki chips. but I only had 50g of them (I don't want to talk about how many I had yesterday). A win is a win.

breakfast – two eggs, 8 tater tots – 290 calories, 14 protein, 2 fibre

lunch – blueberry chocolate chip breakfast bar – 347 calories, 27 protein, 9 fibre

dinner – sheet pan sausage, carrots, broccoli, zuchinni, onion, potatoes – 386 calories, 38 protein, 7 fibre

(pictured in the oven because the sausage was done well before the vegetables so I ended up eating them separately. and yes the whole sheet pan was one serving)

snack – Ms. Vickies tzatziki chips – 260 calories, 3 protein, 2 fibre

daily totals – 1283 calories, 83 protein, 20 fibre, 50 fat
