
As someone who doesn't keep a lot of fresh produce (busy work and school life) these have saved me so much from resisting the urge to order and binge on fast food. I'll usually have some wheat goldfish with the chicken noodle. The Southwest soup has a little more calories (310 for the whole can) but it's a good higher protein option if I'm not feeling chicken noodle, or wanting to stay full longer. If you have any other shelf stable/long lasting and quick meal options lmk!!
