I made a charcuterie board for my family using Rebel Cheese’s vegan January variety pack! Their truffle chèvre and smoked cheddar are amazing.
I wrapped my family’s dining table lazy Susan with plastic wrap to make a massive board that spun so everyone could reach lol
The charcuterie board was made with about 1.5 pounds of cured meats and served 6 people.
