For breakfast-
I had a Greek youghurt bowl with some frozen berries, banana and protein cerial for a bit of crunch

For lunch-
I had a jacket potato with lamb stew on top

For dinner-
I had some spiced chicken with peas and peppers and cous cous

I also ate-
2 apples (1 baked with cinnamon), some frozen veg mix with salt (sorry) and a small chocolate 🙂

For a sum of 1,320 and 72g of protein (I'm 162 cm and 50kg)
