Really pleased with the result. Only complaint is kind of a weak crust on the one I cooked last night. Rest were vacuum sealed and put in the freezer for another time.

  1. DAMN, I should’ve done this. I just butchered and vacuum sealed my Prime Rib and American Wagyu roasts from Snake River Farms the other day. Did you use an actual dry ager or did you use a spare fridge?
