





6 days on 1200 (or close to it). Apart from yoghurt, eggs and tuna, mostly vegan food. The stuff that looks like “meat” is TVP and the day I have only 2 meals displayed, I may have gone to McDonald’s with my 8 year old for lunch.
I’ve also been eating a homemade carrot muffin almost every night, for dessert, and black coffee, sugar free lemonade and sugar free cordial (+lots of water) as drinks. No alcohol. Many days I served myself too much for dinner, so not all the meal was eaten.
