
Quite proud of this – made it today and thought I’d share. I’m big into my healthy eating, this meal has lots of protein (about 40g) and healthy fats. Omelette includes mushrooms, pepper, garlic, oregano, basil and spinach. Salad leaves with broccoli sprouts, red onion and edamame beans and half an avocado.
