




Im only a week and a half in and I’m already fighting the urge to eat out. This was by far the most intricate thing Ive made so far, not the healthiest, but definitely scratched the itch. If you’re interested i scooped out the stems, cut them up, and mixed them with pesto and cheese, then I stuffed the tops and baked ‘em at 250 for 20ish minutes. Definitely will be making again soon, unfortunately I’m currently out of mushrooms ;(
