So i went to the store today and saw these, sounded too good to be true. i went home, already put a pot of water to boil, to my surprise they were in soke kind of brine so i looked it up and read all about them and apparently people hate them. I ate them with some tuna tomato sauce and absolutely loved them, so much so that i felt i was doing something illegal, they must be the wrong type and i messed up my calorie intake. Did i get the normal ones?? Am i missing something? im pretty new to diet stuff, like counting calories, macros etc.
