I eat big dinners as I intermittent fast and only have a small 400 kal lunch otherwise per day

so if anyone is in the same situation and looking for max 800 kal dinners that are good!!!

FULL STATS- 760 APROX kals 77g of Protein

Half a pack of turkey mince (295 kal, 62g of protein)

Each shell (66kal) I had 4

20g of sour cream (21 kal)

Taco seasoning (92 kal)

Reduced fat cheese (87 kal 10g protein)

Plus lettuce and tomato

SO filling feels like a 1000 kal dinner

A weekly go to 🙂
