-200g unsweetened applesauce

-90g cocoa powder

-100g powdered monk fruit sweetener (or more for sweeter)

-1/2 tsp baking powder

-3 tablespoons egg whites

-15g chocolate chips

-Vanilla, pinch of salt, other flavourings to taste

Mix all together. Chill in the fridge. Scoop 24 small scoops onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes at F350. Cool completely before getting them off the baking sheet. They taste like brownies. If you divide the batter in 24, then each of them is 17 calories.
