







Breakfast – picture 1 & 2: overnight oats with protein shake
Lunch/dinner – picture 3, 4 & 5: wild berry and strawberry flavored water, 8 oz and 10 oz respectively, x3 16.9 oz of water with strawberry watermelon liquid water enhancer, x2 16.9 oz of unflavored water (not pictured), 1 whole sweet potato & 1 whole container of asparagus spears
Snacks/dessert – picture 6, 7 & 8: 1/8 fluffy strawberry jello with 5g sugar free whipped cream, root beer float & brownie, Dr pepper zero sugar cream soda (added to what was left of the ice cream from the float)
