Johnny Marzetti is a Midwestern baked pasta casserole with ground beef, onion, bell pepper, garlic, mushrooms and tomatoes. Macaroni is traditional but I had a rotini in the pantry. Mix in cheddar and Parmesan and bake at 350 for 30-45 minutes. Usually it’s topped with a lot more cheese but we reduced the amount suit my wife’s taste. Served with a Caesar salad and paired with your favorite lager. Accompanied by Charlie Crockett “A Dollar a Day”
