Hi all!

When I started my 1200 calorie diet I really struggled when it came to meals. I am a terrible cook. Here is how most of my days look:

Breakfast: low cal Greek Yogurt cup (70 cal), banana, apple, 6 tbsp coffee creamer ~400 cal . (Sometimes I’ll do 2 medium eggs and toast, or toast and low cal PB or jam.)

Lunch: 1 Avacado, 1 slice weight watchers brown bread toasted, with 2 medium hard boiled eggs OR a can of tuna ~ 372 cal

Dinner: chicken breast OR turkey breast OR 2 fish fillets baked (150-200 cal roughly) and some kind of veg: sweet potato, steam veggies, a veggie stir fry from frozen, carmelized frozen veggies, a salad with mushrooms, tomatoes, peppers and low cal dressing (10 cal per 2 tbsp), etc. ~350 cal

Most days come in at 1150-1300. What would you add or change? I find I am pretty hungry after the gym in the evenings, so it’s hard not to eat an additional 100-200 calories. Any advice would be appreciated!!
