
Rough estimates but I believe in seasoning to your taste! I made this for my lunch today and it hits every. single. time.
Lentils on the bottom (from a leftover salad but nothing crazy!)
Lightly sautéed kale, leeks, and tofu seasoned with smoked paprika, cayenne, s&p
Cherry tomatoes
Topped with pumpkin seeds and nutritional yeast
Serve warm!
