  1. Put the tomatoes on the side and leave out the cat and I would eat that too. In fact, maybe I’ll make one tomorrow.

    Everything looks amazing. If you want you burger to stay the same size and not buckle at all, which it already looks like it wasn’t doing much, I go for 6 finger pokes around the outside and 1 in the middle. Using 5 then 2 fingers to make the dots. Works well and is pretty fast.

  3. a lot of pro chefs say American cheese is best because of the melt but I’ll take cheddar any day for the flavor and if still melts just fine
