Soaked hard, boiled eggs in ginger, garlic, soy sauce, and water for two days. For the filling, I used the egg yolks, kewpie Mayo, ginger, a dash of sugar, dash of salt, and some mustard. Crunchy chili oil to top.

  1. I wonder if some salty preserved fish could be nice on top or if it’s too much saltiness with the marinated eggs already.

  2. Not the most appetizing to look at for me personally but I but they taste absolutely incredible
