Serving these for the Super Bowl tomorrow. I’d appreciate some opinions though. Pickles on the top, or pickles on the bottom??

Pickle locations never bothered me. Great job using marinated pork. An often missed crucial step. Also when pressing them, lower the heat for a slower toast, the cheese should be melted

  2. Pickle location is fine either way. If you have the time, making a garlic aioli to dip or add to the sandwiches would be my recommendation. As a south Floridian (where the cuban population is pretty big), garlic aioli is life.

  3. Just so long as they are dill pickles and the mustard is plain old yellow hotdog mustard. Nothing better than a Cuban.

  4. I’m a pickle on top fan, any sandwich or burger. That looks delicious! A good Cuban is one of my favorites. When done well, hard to beat

Pickles on the bottom, by the pork. On the ham level, there’s more chance of slippage. They look fantastic, btw

  6. If its to go, pickles on top of meat, below cheese.

If its to eat right now, pickles on top of the cheese .
