
Breakfast: The usual – 2 packets low sugar oatmeal, yogurt, seeds & berries
Snack: pb toast + 1/2 banana
Lunch: rice, broccoli, edamame, & barely breaded chicken chunks with sriracha mayo
Dinner: 1/2 baked potato with cheese & ground beef, green salad, cottage cheese
Sweets: handful of m&ms + 3 squares of Lily’s chocolate
