For those unware, it's called Blondie, it's basically a lighter and easier malleable cookie dough but laid into a brownie pan, like a whole slab baked in a tray unlike cookies being in small round shape.

It's not as loose as a brownie batter, instead of using 2 whole eggs, the wifey used 1 whole egg & a yolk.

Made with 3 kinde of dark chocolate.
80 grams of 54.5%
40 grams each of 70 % & 85 %

100 grams of brown nutty coconut sugar & 50 grams of free flowing brown sugar.

Unlike regular white/brown sugar, coconut sugar has a distinct flavor profile that pairs very well with chocolate and we have been using a portion of coconut sugar for almost everything we make instead of just 1 kind of sugar.

Although the recipe asked for melted butter, my wife browned the butter adding to the nuttiness & flavor.

Never made this before.
Unreal texture.
Unreally chewy, unreally gooey, and melt in the mouth soft.

I'm high, so this was made specially because of that and my wife wanted me to have this.

My wife makes exceptionally good cookies, brownies , babka, cinnamon roll, brookies et cetera.

But this beat everything else she's made thus far.
