We recently ate this at the Brownstone Pancake Factory in Freehold, New Jersey. It was a huge waffle tower stacked with brownies, ice cream melting everywhere, and a Nutella syringe.
Don’t worry I DID NOT eat it alone.

I love Brownstone but I wish they had a reasonable concept of proportions. The food is always awesome but come with way too much sweets

Why..
This is one of those deserts that needs to be 1/2 of what it is. Remove the top waffle and ice cream layer and then subtract a brownie. Bam perfect size and you don’t have to worry about the ice cream melting or the waffles getting soggy.
