

Please no hate lol….i am 5’0 24 year old female in a calorie deficit. I workout 5-6 days a week pretty moderately. I weigh about 143 right now and want to get to about 125-126 by early May. Just looking for ways to improve and I know this meal plan isn’t the best but just wanting a clean Whole Foods anti-inflammatory diet😊(I know it’s sort of low but I have a hard time coming up with dinner ideas)
