I own a small food business in the West of Ireland, and this was from my food trailer last weekend!
The beef I use is 100% Irish beef with a touch of salt and the cheese is cheddar.
I have onion on the bottom bun which you can’t see in the pic.

Just my opinion but look for better (burger) buns . They would enhance the burger.

I can’t find the comment now but someone asked what makes it Irish. I should have pointed it out – in Ireland, you have to provide information about the origin of your beef. The beef is always Irish at my place.
Irish beef, Irish cheese, Irish bacon, Irish business, Irish business owner I guess 🤣
