recipe:

– 73g chicken (71 cals)

– 66g carrots (27 cals)

– 155g potatoes (115 cals)

– 1 can chicken broth (20 cals)

– 80g low fat greek yogurt (56 cals)

– 1 tbsp tomato paste (13 cals)

– 3 cloves garlic (13 cals)

i wish i added peas or something too but i completely forgot!!

this was soooo yummy and great if you need a dinner & only don't have very many calories left!
