
Pork: 6oz-270. (4oz would be 165, but I was hungry)
Feta chopped salad-275. For next time, I’d cut back the olive oil a little, it didn’t need so much dressing but I followed the recipe.
And the pork is not undercooked. It’s done sous vide to medium then seared on the outside. It is perfectly tender and juicy, and safe.
