Enjoyed some new meals and had a 2 mile walk at the gym. I’ve seen the Egglife egg white wraps around and got them while grocery shopping today. At the price for a mere 6 count, I won’t be buying them often, but they’re interesting! I’ve been playing with different uses for egg whites/egg substitute products and I can make pretty decent omelets with them. Cabbage and sweet potato bowls are a new favorite of mine! I typically struggle to use an entire head of cabbage before it goes bad, so buying bagged coleslaw helps tremendously.

Nutritional yeast has been my B12 hack since that’s something I wasn’t getting a ton of in my diet often. My iron and calcium supplements did heavy lifting in my goals today, but my almond milk gave me almost as much calcium as my viactiv chew and I could’ve only taken 1 iron tablet instead of 2 and I would have been fine.
