But I made it with 2lbs of ground chicken instead. I also didn’t put half and half and swapped it with 100ml of 2% milk. I also reduced the butter to 25g. I put cheese in my mash potatoes but you can easily do without to reduce cals as well. I’ve been craving shepherds pie lately so this hits the spot perfectly. My tray made ~7 servings. I added spicy mayo (7g) on mine because I’m a spicy mayo junkie lol.
