



This is what I ate yesterday. I felt like I was doing fine, but then at the end of the day I binged on, of all things, greek yogurt and protein bars.
I am 5'1 and 125 lbs. I need nowhere near the amount of calories, fiber, and protein I consumed yesterday.
I thought I had eaten mostly balanced, but still binged.
What did I do wrong??
