Tofu paper has been a revelation to me – it's high protein and low(ish) calories and better than the awful shop bought "Bacon" or Facon as I like to call it as a vegetarian.
Tastes amazing cooked on a panini grill – need to experiment more with timing – too short and it's soggy and too long and it's a little burnt. I'm testing out marinating a whole pack and freezing it so I can have tofu Facon at a few minutes notice.
