
I know this iasgenerally not how foodporn posts look, but I thought some of you might be interested in how these sort of images looks in other countries.
This is home-cooked heaven. Rice for comfort, dal for protein, cauliflower for a sabzi, ie a vegetable dish. Some raw veg for crunch, with black salt on them, some papad (dried lentil chip) for a smokey, charred brittle crunch of a more mouth shattering experience.
Masala stuffed red chili for an extra flavour boost.
The steel plate style is a practical solution (unbreakable, but will raise the dead if dropped) and considered hygienic, easy to wash clean – and it just feels like everything tastes better on them.
