Decided to make myself a grilled cheese with cottage cheese and skim mozzarella. I used a bit of butter and chose to dip it in ketchup (gives me pizza vibes) bringing the whole thing to 300 cal and 11g of protein. Itโ€™s a nice little treat for when Iโ€™m craving a crispy buttery food. I pared it with a fairlife protein drink and felt pretty satisfied! Iโ€™m curious if anyone else has done this ๐Ÿ˜…
