
Decided to make myself a grilled cheese with cottage cheese and skim mozzarella. I used a bit of butter and chose to dip it in ketchup (gives me pizza vibes) bringing the whole thing to 300 cal and 11g of protein. Itโs a nice little treat for when Iโm craving a crispy buttery food. I pared it with a fairlife protein drink and felt pretty satisfied! Iโm curious if anyone else has done this ๐
