
I’m a lover of breakfast, and started the 1,200 calorie diet with exercise last week. I loooove bacon and eggs, or something light and fruity in the morning. Today I made this açai bowl with cottage cheese (you cannot taste it, and i’d probably put more next time). Here’s the ingredients, and I attach a screenshot of my fitness pal’s calculations:
1x – Energy Blend, Açai Energy Pouch 👝
85 grams – Bulla High Protein Cottage Cheese 🧀
100 grams – Frozen Blueberries 🫐
52 grams – Frozen Mango 🥭
1/2 – Banana for topping 🍌
