Jianbing is a Chinese street food consisting of a fresh thin crepe with fillings (like egg, cilantro, green onion, fried dough sticks/crackers) and sauces (like hoisin and chili sauce). There's a hack to make one at home using a tortilla instead of a crepe. Here's J Kenji Lopez Alt's tutorial: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sqevRnFcEE0

I've been making these for breakfast or lunch and it's so good! I use a low carb tortilla (60 cal), one whole egg and two egg whites (112 cal), 1 tsp of oil (40 cal), chopped cilantro and green onion (~0 cal), 1 tsp of sriracha (5 cal), 0.5 tbsp hoisin sauce (20 cal) for ~237 cal total. Sometimes I do chili crisp instead of or in addition to sriracha which ups the calories because of the oil. This recipe is very customizable; you can use more/less egg whites, more/less sauce, add ham for more protein, if you want something textural, you could add rice cracker maybe?

If you try it and like the hack version, I encourage you to try an authentic jianbing someday!
