I’ve made these a few times and decided to share my reduced calorie, but delicious brownies!

1 Egg

½ cup oikos triple zero vanilla yogurt

1-2 Tbsp Water

1 package Bob's Red Mill Brownie Baking Mix

Preheat oven to 325°F. Lightly spray oil in a 9 by 13 baking pan or I use a 12 cavity metal brownie pan.

Gently fold together egg, yogurt, water and brownie mix until combined. Do not use an electric whisk. Spread batter in prepared baking pan.

Bake until a toothpick inserted in the center of the pan comes out with just a few crumbs, for me it’s about 25 minutes in my metal pan. I like mine fudgy so I tend to slightly undercook them because they do continue to cook in the pan. Cool completely in pan before cutting and serving.

**I add 5 milk chocolate chips which adds 15 calories but if you make it without it’s approximately 140 calories per brownie. My family really enjoy these. I have 3 kids and none of them taste or notice the yogurt. When baked I don’t notice it either.

**You can use other brownie mixes but so far this is the one I’ve found that have the least amount of calories, and are still super fudgy and chocolatey.
