


I am not going to pretend it's some amazing substitution that "tastes just like the thing". It's okay.
Recipe for whole tart, I divided to 4.
I used an airfryer. Pardon the vague instructions:
1) Shape protein wrap in cake mould and bake (I used toast mode), then remove baked crust and bake again upside down to get the bottom crusty as well
2) make custard (stir in low heat on stove) with the other ingredients while the crust is baking
3) let custard cool before pouring into the crust
4) bake the assembled crust + custard
5) chill for a few hours
