I just came back home from my trip to China. I ate so many tasty dishes there! 🤤
I attach two pics of Tom Yam and Black truffle rice (it was highlighted in the Mechlin guide), these dishes were especially delicious!
I wonder if any of you know a good recipe for Tom Yam which would look similar to what you see in the first image. If you know any good recipe, please, share it. I'm up to test it 🫡
