I tried a cottage cheese recipe for the first time and was actually blown away. I don’t think I’ll ever go back to making this with cream cheese again, I just don’t see the point. This version is so delicious, doesn’t make me feel super heavy and sluggish after, and best of all it’s low calorie AND high protein!

I had a huge serving with carrots, celery, cucumbers, and 150 worth of tortilla chips. Absolutely delightful 10/10 will be making this again
