    [Homemade] Iā€™m feeling proud of my first attempt at beef short ribs :)

    I wish I kept the plate a little neater with the sauce because I really did try to plate in fancy, haha.

    Not every single ingredient is shown. Also I forgot about the mushrooms so they didnā€™t end up in the meal which Iā€™m not upset about!

    What do you guys think? Would you be excited to be served this plate? Any tips?

      I’m sure it tasted great.

      I noticed you really tried to make the plate look good. Constructive criticism, less is often more when plating for visuals/aesthetic. I only mentioned this because I can tell you wanted that plate to look good.
