
I've commented a lot but I've never made a post, figured I'd join the party. Today's lunch was pretty bombbb, way more filling than anticipated, I felt amazing after this meal (or maybe it was the 200mg of caffeine)
•Chicken dip (this was actually inspired by another person in this sub but they used albacore instead):
-1 can chunk Chicken breast (~110cals)
-2tbsp chobani plain nonfat greek yogurt (~15cals)
-2tbsp PastaPrimo Basil Pesto sauce (~160cals)
-Black pepper
-Garlic Powder (added 9cals for seasoning for the love of the game)
•2 mini cucumbers for dipping (~20cals)
•1 red bell pepper cut into straps for dipping (~31cals)
•1/4 cup of raspberries (~16cals)
•1/4 cup of blueberries (~21cals)
•1 Special K Strawberry protein bar (180cals)
•Alani Nu Pink Slush Energy Drink (5cals)
