  2. Hell yeah! Nice. Man a killer ham and cheese or grilled cheese just rules. Maybe grilled or caramelized onions would pump it up. 10/10.

  4. You did a fantastic job is tell me how this all all made and put together but would you care to give me an ingredient list for that chili and the smear for the grilled hand and cheese?

  5. How do you flip it & keep the Jalapeño on place? Are they binded by the sauce underneath?

  6. That sandwich looks great, no lie! But may I ask about your cutting board? I’ve used smaller plastic ones and am upgrading to larger wood perhaps similar to yours. Do you mostly wipe clean or do you have to move to sink to lightly soap scrub and not make a mess with water?

  7. Nobody but me wondering about the meat cubes and red sauce? Looks like a quick chili but I can’t say if that’s pork belly or brisket
