I’ve been back to tracking and eating better for the last few days.

Lost 32.5 pounds in a year doing this calorie deficit lazily but now it’s reset time and sticking to the plan. Only 100 to 120 pounds to go. What’s hard is I’m 4’ 11” and have some medical and mobility issues which is why I’m doing the 1200 calories per day.
