
Just had this today. It's a simple toasted sandwich with iceberg lettuce, turkey and a little bit of melted cheese. Only about 330 calories per serving (had two servings) along with 20g of protein per serving.
I'm a guy, so I'm going for 1.500 calories a day and I do workouts to maintain muscle, so I need as much protein as I can get.
This meal had decent calories, a fair bit of protein for that amount and actually delicious, imo.
Probably could've been better with whole bread, but I don't have any good whole bread in the store near me. Pretty satisfied though. I feel like the best diet meals are the ones that don't even taste like you're on a diet.
