
This is from a restaurant called Midtown BBQ in Nagoya, Japan. It’s my favorite Texas BBQ restaurant outside of Texas and I go there with friends every time I’m in the area.
Honestly the A5 Wagyu is a bit too moist for Texas style BBQ brisket, and while delicious, a couple slices is the most I can eat without feeling overwhelmed. Surprisingly the chicken and the sausage are some of the best I’ve ever had from anywhere.
