• 15g Allspice
• 10 g Black pepper
• 5g Cinnamon
• 3g Nutmeg
• 3g Coriander
• 2g Cloves
• 2g Cardamom

Mix

• 1kg ground beef
• 200g grated or chopped lamb fat
• 12g 7 spice mix
• 15g salt (1.25%)
• 5g black pepper
• 5g cumin
• Parsley to taste
• Minced garlic to taste
• Grated onion squeezed dry
• 100g Toasted pine nuts
