Pan Seared Pork Steak with Apple Cider Sauce and Caramelised Apples. Served with Gratin and Sautéed Brocolli. Finished with Crispy Sage Leaves.
Homemade pasta, besciamella, sausage, and sauce. The mozzarella, Parmigiano Reggiano, and Pecorino Romano were shredded/grated just before. I can never get a great pic of the cross section but this is one of my favorites to serve. by cucinaforte Food
