  1. Menu was:
    * Rib eye on the bone
    * Bourbon cream sauce
    * Crushed potatoes with garlic and parsley (harvested at home yesterday!)
    * Butternut squash and sage gratin
    * Green beans and broccoli
    * Cheesy garlic star

    For dessert:
    * Gingerbread cake
    * Gingerbread brownies (tasted more like a rum ball)
    * Gingerbread truffles (yes I like gingerbread)
    * Mint Slice truffles
    * Mars Bar slice (Australian kind, not the American)

    Didn’t try all the desserts but they are packed away for the coming days.

    Of course I also had lots of bread leftover so I tore off each star piece and froze it for an easy side in the future. I also froze the brownies and Mars Bar slice in lunch box sized portions.

    The .2 are my two Samoyeds, who had a little plate of some stuff too.
