Recipe:

Cook the spaghetti al dente!

Put the peas in a large bowl and pour hot water over them. Leave to stand for 5 minutes.

Finely chop the onion. Drain the peas in a colander. Place half of the peas together with the cream in a tall container and blend until you have a thick sauce.

Season with pepper and salt.

Gently fry the onion over low heat for 5 minutes. Add the pea–cream mixture and the remaining peas and heat gently for 5 minutes over low heat.

Drain the spaghetti and mix it through the sauce. Divide the pasta over the plates, tear the smoked salmon into pieces and place on top. Season with freshly ground black pepper and herbs. Enjoy!
