I buy a similar one that is 60 calories/100grams but the macros add up… I don't think these do right? I know with tofu making (I make my own) the heat treating, pressing and coagulant added can help volumize/lower calories a lot but this seems like too much.

Do I just calculate the correct ones based on the grams of fat/protein/carbs? Should I even trust those I'm paranoid now šŸ™
