Recipe used:
120g Diet Coke (0 cal)
21g Cocoa Powder (74 cal)
15g PB2 (90 cal) OG has protien powder here.
15g Flour (50 cal)
20g Stevia (0 cal)
1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder (2 cal)
Pinch of Salt (0 cal)
400° F for 10 minutes and then 15 minutes at 350°F for my oven but everyone's oven has their own personality.
My honest thoughts.
1. This recipie is super easy to burn.
2. Ive doubled the baking soda for much more consistent results. It can be cakey but the other option is a fallen kind of brownie brittle.
3. I add 1/2 tsp of cornstarch for a more fudgey bottom.
4. I poured thin homemade whip cream, a tbsp of heavy cream and 2 tbsp of low cal creamer mixed with some stevia. I poured it over the brownies and then put it back into the over 350° F for 10 more minutes. Sprinkle with powder sugar. Adds 70 calories for the dish, which brings it to 500 calories.
Total Calories for the whole tin – 210 calories.
I doubled the recipie, it never seems to work out as a single recipie for me, so 420.
